For the month of September, Flying Blue (Air France / KLM)  is offering a 100% bonusInvalid request error occurred., when you buy a minimum of 4,000 points. The promotion will run until 11:59 pm on Monday, September 25th, 2017.  The cost per point runs you about 1.65 cents per point, which is not a spectacular deal but much better than the regular rate

Is This a Good Deal? This 100% bonus promotion is definitely worthwhile if you need a few more Flying Blue points to top-off your account for an award stay, but I would not buy points speculatively.  There are no tiers, so regardless of how many points you buy, your cost per mile should be the same.  If you buy 75,000 miles, you’ll get 150,000 total, for 2062.50 EUR (~$2482.29 USD) – again, that’s about 1.65 cents / mile.
