As many longtime readers of PWaC know, I’m a big fan of free and easy miles and points that different chains periodically give away. They aren’t usually a ton of points, but every bit adds up, and in many (but not all) cases, they can help to extend the expiration date of your points as well.
Currently there is a promotion going on by Aeroplan for 150 bonus miles. Unlike the last Aeroplan promotion which was for 1000 miles but appeared to be targeted (I haven’t gotten any miles for that and don’t really expect to), this one does appear to be open for everyone.
How to get your 150 Aeroplan miles
To get your 150 Aeroplan miles, just go to Aeroplan.com. They have a rotating banner on the home page – just wait for the one that says 150 free miles.
Or you can click the dots to advance them – for me it was #4
That will take you to goals.aeroplan.com (you can probably just go there directly) which has you put in where you want to go with your miles
Once you fill out the form that’s it. There is no mention of the 150 miles on the confirmation page, so it’s one of those take a minute or 2 and hope for the best plans 🙂
