 The other day I was trying to figure out the best way to resolve a problem with a major hotel chain and was trying to figure out what the hotel’s Twitter contacts were. I did what I normally do, which is try to Google to find a list of hotel Twitter contacts, and couldn’t find one.
Twitter is often a good place to try to go to resolve problems with airlines or hotels. Many times the Twitter team will be able to help faster or better than the customer service numbers or even people “on the ground”.
So I thought I would try to make a reference chart of airline and hotel Twitter contacts, with the hopes of helping a future traveler (at the very least, it should help ME!). Many times the best place to tweet is the main airline or hotel account, but some companies have special accounts to help resolve customer concerns:
