A few weeks ago, American and Cadillac offered a promotion where you could get 7500 American AAdvantage miles for test driving a Cadillac.

I took my test drive about a week and a half ago, and it could not have been easier.  It took about 3 minutes and I didn’t even have to test drive the car.  Unfortunately, the promotion was ended early, so it’s no longer an option.

I was a bit nervous about whether I’d have to fight for the miles at all, since I didn’t have any documentation on it, but I got good news in my email this afternoon.  Even though it said to allow 4-6 weeks for the miles to post, they have already posted!

So if you took a test-drive, check your email and/or your AAdvantage account.  If you don’t see the miles within a few days, I would follow up with American to see where your miles are!
