The Chase Ink Plus 60000 point offer is back! This is a promotion that Chase seems to do every couple of months – Currently the bonus for the Chase Ink Plus card is up to 60,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points (it has been 50,000 Ultimate Rewards)

Chase Ink Plus benefits

The Chase Ink card is a great card to have and this is a great bonus.  The one downside is that its annual fee of $95 is not waived.  You do have to spend $5000 in the first 3 months also to get the 60,000 bonus point offer.

It claims that the 60,000 Ultimate Rewards bonus is worth $750 towards travel, and that’s true if you are redeeming through Chase Ultimate Rewards, but by using their transfer partners, you can get MUCH more out of it.

As an example, we transferred 100,000 Ultimate Rewards points to Amtrak and used that to book a roundtrip train ride for our family of 8 this summer – something that would have cost $6500 if we had paid out of pocket!

The Chase Ink Plus 60000 point offer is for a business card

One thing to note is that the Chase Ink Plus IS a business card.  But you very well may have a business even if you don’t think that you have one!  There are plenty of legitimate ways to apply for a business card, even if you don’t think you have a business

Chase Ink Plus card benefits

Besides 60000 valuable Chase Ultimate Rewards, my favorite benefit of the Chase Ink Plus is the fact that it earns 5x at office supply stores (also cellular phone, landline, internet and cable TV services).  The reason that this benefit is so valuable is that there are lots of good manufactured spending opportunities at office supply stores.chaseink

Sometimes I will resell things that I buy at Staples, and having 5x on your purchases can really make the miles add up!

Additionally, there’s lots of free money deals run by Staples, Office Max or Office Depot (deals where you might get $20 off the purchase of $300 in Visa Gift cards), and again, 5x on your purchases can really add up!
