Recently, I applied for a Chase card and got a notice that my card had gone pending – I was not approved immediately but I was also not denied flat out (does anyone actually ever get straight up denied when doing applications?)

While there are plenty of reasons why you might not want to call the Chase reconsideration phone numbers (SEE: Not calling the reconsideration line works again!), if you do, here is a list of Chase reconsideration phone numbers and website for you to use.  Personally, especially with the advent of the Chase 5/24 rule, I tend to not call into the Chase reconsideration line until I receive an official notice one way or the other on my application.

Check your Chase application status without calling Chase reconsideration phone numbers

Unlike the Bank of America reconsideration line or those of other banks, there is not a Chase reconsideration website where you can automatically check the status of your Chase credit card application.  There is however an automated Chase application status phone number that you can call.

You can check your Chase credit card application status by calling 888-338-2586 and entering in your identification information (generally your SSN)

The automated Chase reconsideration number will just give you your application status, and won’t really give you any options to talk to anyone if your application is in a pending status (which is probably the reason you are interested in the Chase reconsideration department after all, right?)

So if you would like to call in, you’ll need the Chase reconsideration phone number.  There are actually several different Chase reconsideration phone numbers that I was able to find.  These numbers tend to go in and out of service, which is why I am including many of them.  Hopefully one will work for you!

Another good source can be the Twitter team at @ChaseSupport – though if you have a complicated scenario, they’re likely to direct you to one of the Chase reconsideration phone numbers.  Another suggestion might be to go to the Chase website, and ask for reconsideration by sending them a secure message.

Hopefully these Chase reconsideration phone numbers and website will help you out!
