Midway down the page, you’ll see a game that you can play
You have to drag and drop the 9 squares into a picture (which actually took me longer than I was expecting!)
Once you do, you’ll probably get this message

This is very similar to the Open the World sweepstakes that they ran a few months ago. One big difference is that unlike the Open the World sweepstakes, you can only play the SPG Design Hotels game only once per day (per account)
