Make multiple redundant flight reservations? What an incredibly asinine statement. Using the same logic you should book multiple hotels and make multiple dinner reservations. I don’t expect much rational thinking from Frontier’s CEO but this one is singularly idiotic. The one exception being if you’re going to some critical function like your open heart surgery or your child’s wedding and for whatever reason you absolutely can’t get there until the last minute.
Yeah – you make some good points. On the other hand, Frontier isn’t known for having the best operations when things go wrong (I think mostly due to their point-to-point network and lack of hubs).
