Picking the best corn mazes can be a challenging task, since there’s no one thing that separates a top corn maze from another. What one person might consider the best corn maze may be frustrating or uninspiring to another visitor. Some people enjoy the challenge of solving a large or difficult corn maze – other people get lost and call 911! 😀
So having said that, and in no particular order, I have combed through various listings in an attempt to compile a list of 13 of the best corn mazes in the US for 2016. Of course, unless you have an unlimited fall travel budget :-), the best corn maze to find is a corn maze near you 😀
- Richardson Adventure Farm (Spring Grove, Illinois – northwest of Chicago) – billed as the “World’s Largest Corn Maze”. 2016 design is “50 years of Star Trek”
- Farmstead Corn Maize (Meridian, Idaho) – marketed as Idaho’s original corn maze
- Tom’s Maze (Germantown, Ohio) – Germantown is between Cincinnati and Dayton in Southwest Ohio – 2016 design: Something to Crow about (pictured below)
- Coolspring Corn Maze (Mercer, Pennsylvania, between Erie and Pittsburgh) – 2016 theme is “Land of the Lost”
- The Great Vermont Corn Maze (Danville, Vermont) – the 2016 theme is “15 years of Cornfusion”
- Summer’s Farm Corn Maze (Frederick, Maryland)
- Cool Patch Pumpkins (Davis, California)
- Treinen Farm and Corn Maze (Lodi, Wisconsin – north of Madison) – 2016 theme is Rainbows, Kittens and Killer Baby Unicorns (pictured below)
- Denver Downs Corn Maze (Anderson, South Carolina) – 2016 theme is honoring the 50th anniversary of Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin
- Devine’s Corn Maze (Harrodsburg, Kentucky) – the 2016 maze features a Democratic donkey and Republican elephant
- Cherry Crest Farm (Ronks, Pennsylvania – west of Philadelphia) – the 2016 theme is “Thank a Farmer”
- Long and Scott Farms – Scott’s Maze Adenture (Mt. Dora, Florida – north of Orlando)
