Thoughts
This deal used to be amazing, as Wyndham redemptions only cost 15,000 points for any hotel. This even worked on all-inclusive resorts, so oftentimes you could get amazing value out of your points. However, earlier this year, the travel community gasped in horror as Wyndham commenced with gutting their redemption program.
That’s not to say there isn’t still value, though. There are still 8500+ hotels around the world that fall into the 15,000 point and below pool, and some of them offer particularly good value. Take, for instance, the Ramada By Wyndham Jerusalem, which costs 7,500 points/ night. Purchasing this package gets you two nights at a cost of $175, while cash rates for this hotel on a random night in June start at $191/night.

While I don’t see these selling out quite as quickly as in previous years, these packages are sure to go fast. If you want to buy, be ready early and keep refreshing!
