Delta has really been rocking it lately with Skymiles flash sales. While it is irritating to me that Delta talks about there being a “sale” when there is no published award chart, it is definitely true that these flash sales are providing a lot of good value for Skymiles!

This sale is from the Continental US to warm places in the winter – Hawaii, Florida, Latin America and the Caribbean . You can read complete details here.

Sample fares

This sale is quite good. From my hometown of Cincinnati, you can fly to Orlando or Tampa on the cheap

Prices to the other destinations vary from your origin city. Here are fares from Seattle (first column is economy, second is Delta Comfort)

A few other destinations with their roundtrip miles cost in economy during this promotion

  • Atlanta – to Belize (39K), Key West (21K), Los Cabos (47K), Punta Cana (39K)
  • Boston – to Fort Myers (10K)
  • Detroit – to Cancun (38K)
  • New York – to Bermuda (16K), Rio de Janeiro (78K)
  • Orlando – to Cancun (13K)

Hawaii deals are not as good as it’s still cheaper to use Avios to fly Alaska or American. If your city is not listed, often you can still find deals by just searching on delta.com. (H/T MileNerd)
