The Escape Lounge PDX is a Priority Pass lounge, so if you have a Priority Pass membership (likely from a credit card), you’ll have complimentary access to Escape Lounge PDX . If you don’t have Priority Pass, you can buy a day pass to the Escape Lounge PDX for as low as $35/ person, which I would not recommend.

Priority Pass PDX / Portland airport lounge location
The Escape Lounge PDX is located in Concourse D, between Gates D8-10. The Escape Lounge PDX airport lounge is open from 4:30 a.m. to midnight local time. If you have a flight outside those hours, you unfortunately will not be able to use The Portland Escape Lounge Priority Pass lounge. Note that “bachelorette attire” is not permitted.
The check-in desk is right when you enter the lounge, but the rest of the lounge is on the 2nd floor, above the concourse level. You’ll need to take either an elevator or stairs up to the lounge location.

Escape Lounge PDX Priority Pass Portland airport lounge seating
The Escape Lounge PDX opened in early 2025, and is quite a bit larger than some of the other Escape Lounges that I have been to:
(SEE ALSO: Escape Lounge CVG Review – Cincinnati Airport Priority Pass)
(SEE ALSO: Escape Lounge CMH Lounge Review – Columbus Airport Priority Pass)
There are quite a few seating areas throughout the lounge.

I enjoyed how there is seating in different configurations, including a raised table, couches and individual seats.

Towards the back of the lounge, you’ll even find a spot where “minors are permitted”

Portland Concourse D airport lounge review: food
This Portland Airport (PDX) Priority Pass lounge had basic availability for food. I was there early in the morning, and they were serving breakfast. There was coffee and juice available.

Here’s what the buffet looked like for breakfast

There is also a bar available, and there are not separate soft drinks available – instead, you have to ask for those at the bar.

Here’s a look at some of the alcohol that was available

Escape Lounge PDX airport lounge wifi
The Priority Pass PDX wifi speed in the Escape Lounge Portland Lounge was moderate. I didn’t have any trouble doing light browsing, though I forgot to take a screenshot of the actual speed.
Priority Pass PDX / Portland Airport lounge amenities
Unlike other smaller Escape Lounges, the Portland Airport Escape Lounge PDX has a few amenities. Right at the top of the stairs are storage lockers for luggage.

There are 2 separate business areas where you can work or take a call

Bathrooms are available inside the lounge, unlike smaller Escape lounges where you have to go out into the terminal.

There are even showers available.

You don’t have to reserve them separately, but they do ask that you limit your time to 15 minutes.

The lounge also has pretty nice tarmac views, which even included a sunrise for me.

In any case, I rate the Escape Lounge PDX lounge decent and I would definitely recommend it if you are departing Portland International Airport (PDX) with a Priority Pass card

Good review! You may want to note that the top shelf of the bar picture are all premium brands that have an upcharge – usually fairly minimal but they are not included. The middle and lower shelf ones should all be complimentary.
Thanks for the tip – I don’t drink so I am a bit out of my element when reviewing bars 🙂
It looks pretty big for an escape lounge, i wonder why they dont just transform it into normal Amex lounge,
Yes – it is definitely significantly bigger than most of the other Escape lounges that I have been to
