There are several good summer deals to Europe from major US cities currently available through Google Flights. There’s no big sale or “fare war” but there are specific deals to be found if you’re still looking for a summer break vacation. Prices are as good as “off-season” and at times include non-stops making good deals even better; other times a longer stop can be included for an “extra” day (but isn’t necessary). Some weekend dates are available too. Options include:
- Boston to Paris from $363 (Delta & partners)
- New York (JFK) to Amsterdam from $393 (Delta)
- Chicago to Milan from $461 (American & partners)
These are basic economy fares, which for these airlines includes carry-ons and meals, but not seat selection. Main cabin buy-up for seat selection and checked bags are available for ~$140, so prices are still quite good for summer travel. Booking prices seem best by booking directly with the airline, though OTAs will have pries just a few dollars higher and may have extra dates available for travel. These fares are somewhat “spotty” so I can’t say how long they will last as we get closer to summer, so act quickly if you are interested.
