I recently signed up for a Hawaiian Airlines credit card, primarily as a way to earn backdoor Alaska Airlines miles thanks to their merger. I got a spending offer via email on the card that is pretty lucrative. I believe that it’s targeted, but check your emails. I have seen a few reports of other Barclays cards (like Wyndham cards) getting similar offers via email. Here is the one that I got

Getting a bonus 2500 HawaiianMiles is a definite no-brainer, especially since HawaiianMiles can (at least for now) be easily transferred to valuable Alaska Airlines miles.

As far as I know, there is no online page where you can sign up for this – so it may be targeted. Check your emails if you are a Barclays cardholder to see what offers you might be eligible for.
