In 2025, our family decided to take a beach trip late in the summer. We used Wyndham points to book a Vacasa vacation rental, which is one of the best uses of Wyndham points. We booked a 1 bedroom condo in Myrtle Beach called “Sandy Daydreams” on Vacasa. This Myrtle Beach Vacasa oceanfront condo review will give an idea of the different amenities and features of the hotel and hopefully help you decide if you want to stay here if you’re looking for a Myrtle Beach oceanfront condo.

Myrtle Beach Vacasa Oceanfront Condo Review location
The Sandy Daydreams unit on Vacasa is part of the Roxanne Towers condo development. It is located at 1604 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577, which is directly oceanfront. I find location is the #1 amenity for waterfront lodging – there’s just something amazing about being able to walk right out to the ocean without having to put on shoes, cross streets, etc. In this case, you walked directly out the back of the building, down some wooden steps / boardwalk and you were right on the ocean.
Sandy Daydreams is on the Penthouse level, which is technically the 13th and highest floor of the building. Here’s the view from our balcony.

Myrtle Beach Vacasa Oceanfront Condo cost
As I mentioned earlier, we used Wyndham Rewards points to book this Vacasa vacation rental. As long as the total per night cost of the Vacasa vacation rental is less than $250 per bedroom per night, it costs 15,000 points per bedroom per night. For our nights, after taxes and fees, our cost was $810 for 4 nights. We used 54,000 Wyndham points (after the 10% discount for having a Wyndham Earner credit card), giving us about 1.5 cents per point in value. There were no other taxes, cleaning fees, resort fees or any other fees.
Myrtle Beach Vacasa Oceanfront Condo review – room
This condo has 1 bedroom, which has a king bed.

The bathroom was small but functional. The shower had good temperature and pressure. The bathroom has 2 doors – one into the bedroom and one out into the main living area

The sofa pulls out not quite into a traditional sofa bed, but into a small bed. It is listed as sleeping 2 on this, but that would be tight for 2 adults. My son slept on it by himself and was fine.

On the other side of the main room was a table and mirror, which actually turned into a Murphy bed.

The bed also “sleeps 2” – my 2 daughters shared this bed and it was a bit tight. Again, 2 adults would be … cozy.

Vacasa Roxanne Towers / Sandy Daydreams wifi and amenities
Wifi is complimentary in the lobby and in the guest rooms. The Roxanne Towers wifi speed was outstanding and I had no issues using it

The only other amenities are the pool area. There is an outdoor pool

There is also a lazy river outside, an indoor small lap pool and a hot tub.

Myrtle Beach Vacasa Oceanfront condo review – parking
The Roxanne Towers does have complimentary parking. There are a few spots underneath the building as well as out front. It doesn’t seem like it would be enough parking, but we never had an issue finding a spot. The front desk said you can also park across the street.
Myrtle Beach Vacasa Oceanfront condo food
There is no food provided – instead, you have a full kitchen at your disposal.

There are plenty of grocery stores as well as restaurants available as well.
The Bottom Line – Myrtle Beach Vacasa Oceanfront condo review
If you are looking for a Myrtle Beach oceanfront condo, booking Sandy Daydreams at the Roxanne Towers through Vacasa provides outstanding value. The location is impeccable, the pool was refreshing and the price was right. I think Sandy Daydreams at the Roxanne Towers could be a great option if you’re looking for a Myrtle Beach oceanfront condo.
