I’ve written a couple of posts about my trip to Peru a few months ago
- 5 things to bring to Machu Picchu
- 4 tips for taking the train to Machu Picchu.
- 7 things to do in the Sacred Valley BESIDES Machu Picchu.
- 5 things to do in Urubamba Peru
I took a lot of pictures (of course) and several videos as well, and wanted to share some of these videos. You can always follow the Points With a Crew Youtube channel for more travel videos.
9 videos from my trip to Lima, Cuzco and the Sacred Valley Peru
Cuzco from the hill above – we took this video on our way out to the Tambo del Inka hotel in Urubamba.
Salt ponds at Maras
And I do know (did learn) that the ponds are all community owned, so it’s possible that the lady I mentioned in the video was legitimately participating in that. It didn’t seem like that to me BWDIK.
Here is a video and some pictures of some of the ruins at Moray.
The Plaza San Martin, which is the main plaza in downtown Lima that features the historic Bolivar hotel
A group of people dancing in an auditorium at the Parque Kennedy in Miraflores Lima
The Parque del Amor (Lover’s Park), which was a neat area overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Miraflores
Incan ruins at Chincheros
Overlook of Urubamba Peru
Machu Picchu views from the Sun Gate (Intipunku)
Machu Picchu views including Huayna Picchu mountain
