I’ve often said that one of the best ways to get a lot of miles and points is through the welcome bonus that is offered by signing up for new credit cards. And since it is generally difficult-to-impossible to get multiple bonuses on most cards, you want to make sure and maximize the points you get from your welcome offers. • Up to $120 Global Entry or TSA PreCheck® or NEXUS Application Fee Statement Credit
• Up to $500 The Edit credit annually ($250 January to June and again July to December)

• $10 monthly Lyft credit
• Up to $25 off each month at DoorDash

5 Reasons to get the Chase Sapphire Reserve

There are a number of good reasons to get the Chase Sapphire Reserve card – here are a few:

• Outstanding signup bonus – as I mentioned, the 125,000 Ultimate Rewards points are worth thousands
• Making your other Ultimate Rewards more valuable – if you have a stash of Ultimate Rewards from other Chase cards, having the Sapphire Reserve makes them more valuable
• Airport lounge access and priority screening – Priority Pass lounge access and Global Entry reimbursement are nice if you don’t have them from other credit cards
• $300 travel credit – Although it does come with a $795 annual fee, which is a lot, you do get $300 back as a travel credit, and Chase’s travel credit is one of the easiest ones to earn.
• Primary Car Rental Coverage – very nice when renting a car for the added peace of mind

Who’s Eligible for the Chase Sapphire Reserve 125,000 point offer?

The Chase Sapphire Reserve requires excellent credit income, which makes sense since it’s an ultra-premium Visa Infinite credit card. But in addition to that:

• You’ll need to be under Chase 5/24
• You can’t currently hold ANY Chase Sapphire card (Preferred or Reserve)
• Previous cardmembers of any Sapphire credit card who received a new cardmember bonus within the last 48 months

I had the Chase Sapphire Reserve awhile back but got it as a product change so I have not actually gotten the bonus on the Sapphire Reserve, so I am considering this offer.
