First, I enjoy your site very much. Keep up the good flow of information.
However I take exception with todays blog concerning using BA site to find flights from the US to Asia., I just attempted PHX-PPLAX-NaritaRrtn. The site only tells me that this is not possible as BA does not fly this route. I tried PHX-SFO-HK-Narita/Rtn. Same response. Has been that way for years. Only way to find space is to try to contact BA via their phone number.

Are you searching for an award flight or a cash flight? You’ll also have to search leg by leg for availability – BA will usually not find connections on partner airlines

Award flights.Never have been able to find that info on the BA site unless I am going to the UK from PHX
