I first visited the Capital One Lounge DEN in mid-2025. I had a layover in Denver, and I actually forgot that Capital One had opened a lounge here. Like the Capital One Lounge DFW, it’s definitely a step above many of the other airport lounges in the country (and even around the world).

I mean I wasn’t expecting it to be the Emirates First Class lounge in Dubai, but I had a feeling that it was going to be better than a random “The Club” location.
Access to the Capital One Lounge DEN
The Capital One lounge is not affiliated with Priority Pass (like many airport lounges are). Instead, you’ll need to be a Capital One member. Capital One Venture X cardholders currently get unlimited access along with two guests, though the guest benefit is going away in February 2026.
The day (paid) rate is $45 for cardholders and $65 for everyone else. Kids under two are welcome at no charge.

Capital One Lounge Denver / DEN location
The Capital One Travel Lounge DEN is located in Concourse A. If you are arriving from one of the other concourses, you’ll need to take the train (if it’s working!) to Concourse A. The Capital One Lounge in the Denver airport is located next to Gate A34. It’s located on the mezannine level

Once you go up the escalator, the lounge entrance will be directly in front of you.

You’ll take the elevator up two floors. The Capital One Travel Lounge is open daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The best thing that you can do, especially if you are connecting, is to put your name on the waiting list in the Capital One app. You can put your name on the waitlist when your connecting flight lands or when you arrive to the airport, and by the time you actually get to the lounge, you should hopefully be just about at the top of the waitlist. Depending on how long your layover is and when you are traveling, your wait time be as high as 45 minutes. When I was there, thankfully there was no wait, which was good since I had a short layover.
Capital One Lounge DEN seating
There is a wide variety of seating options available at The Capital One Lounge in Denver / DEN airport.

One nice thing about the seating was that they had a variety of different configurations of seating, so no matter how many people were in your party you would have a convenient location.

Capital One DEN airport lounge review: food
The food and drinks in the Capital One DEN lounge are another great perk. Not only is there a wide variety of different types of food and drink, the quality seemed to be much higher than you’ll find in other lounges.
They had several grab and go containers for drinks and sandwiches right at the front of the lounge, if you only had a short time to stay in the lounge

There was also a variety of hot dishes available

The soft drinks operated by tap rather than having cans or needing to go to the bar, with a wide variety of drinks available.

There is also a full bar. You can see the full list of available drinks in the menu section below. Most drinks are complimentary, though there are a few “top shelf” drinks which come with an additional cost.

Capital One Travel Lounge DEN food menu
Here is the Capital One Lounge menu for food and drinks, at least at the time of this writing. I didn’t see this menu posted anywhere in the lounge itself, but I got it from the Capital One DEN lounge website itself. The website also has a menu for alcoholic and other drinks as well. Of course, it is subject to change over time and due to availability

Capital One DEN Lounge wifi
The Capital One DEN lounge wifi was quite fast.

I had no Internet problems at all, even though there were quite a few people that I saw on devices and seemingly using the Internet.
Capital One Lounge DEN amenities
The Capital One Travel Lounge in DEN has several different amenities, including a relaxation room

There was also a business center

In any case, I rate the Capital One Lounge as an outstanding lounge and it is definitely my go-to lounge in the DEN / Denver airport. If you have access through the Venture X or Venture X business card, I would definitely recommend it the next time you are at DEN.

No discussion of lines or location?
More convenient for Frontier & Southwest (than Amex) but not so good for UA
What do you mean? I do mention that it’s in Concourse A and that there may be a waitlist at times but there was no line on the day that I was there
