Today is Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-Fil-A!  This is a long-standing family tradition over here.  Officially the rules state that if you are in full cow costume from head to toe you get a meal, while if you are in “partial” costume you just get a entree (sandwich). Personally, I’ve never had a problem getting the full meal without going through a super amount of effort.  We have a few cow things in the basement that we pull out for such occasions, and there are also cow spots / tails / accessories on the website. Today we are actually on the road, but before I did, I made sure to check out where all the Chick-Fil-A’s were on the journey!

I actually told Carolyn that we were going to stop at every single one, but she vetoed that plan 🙂   Of course even though she’s a vegetarian, she had to dress up too for an extra sandwich!  (she got to eat her own fries though) 😛  We’ll see if the grandparents feel brave enough to take our kids out today! Have you ever taken part in Cow Appreciation Day?
