Take off coast to coast! Joining the party with Southwest and JetBlue, Delta just announced a Holiday Award Sale for the New Year to all 50 States and Canada, with some routes going as low as 5,000 miles one-way!
Delta Award Sales
To take advantage of this new sale, you must book by January 13, 2017, and travel from January 24 through July 31, 2017. That includes the summer months of June and July!
Here are samples or routes on sale. It applies to both Main Cabin Awards and Delta Comfort Awards.
Hawaii is on sale from Seattle
Interestingly Seattle to both Maui and Big Island are included in this sale. Knowing that there are up to 9 Delta award seats to Hawaii this summer, I searched quickly on Delta’s website. Sure enough there are quite a few dates for Seattle to Maui for 20,000 miles, and the price actually is valid well into December!
If Hawaii is your destination, you should book Korean Air Awards online to fly Delta to Hawaii for 25,000 miles round trip!
Awards as low as 5,000 miles
Many routes along the west coast are on sale for only 5,000 miles one-way. I found flights from my home airport San Jose to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Seattle, Salt Lake City for just 5,000 miles one-way. And dates are wide open!
