Hilton is kicking off the new year right with their Points Unlimited promotion. This promo gives you two different ways to earn. I am already registered and you should too!

What’s The Deal?

It is actually really simple, which I enjoy. On stays between January 4th and May 5th, you can earn an extra 2,000 Hilton Honors points per stay. Additionally, you will earn 10,000 Hilton Honors points every 5 stays or 10 nights, whichever comes first. For me, I will probably hit 10 nights first.

What’s The Terms?

The terms are actually pretty flexible on this one, which I appreciate!

  • You must register prior to stays at this link.
  • Excludes stays at Hampton in Mainland China
  • Nights will only be included if they are between Jan 4 and May 5, regardless of check in/check out date.
  • The best part… There is NO LIMIT to how many bonus points you can earn!

Final Thoughts

As with most promotions, they are usually of the situation where it’s cool to earn as you travel, but wouldn’t be something I would chase.

I’m staying at the Hilton Ponce in Puerto Rico in January for a total of 7 nights, which will only earn me 2,000 points from this promotion. However, if I schedule 3 more nights at 3 different properties before May 5th, I’ll be able to earn 16,000 bonus points. At the end, these aren’t life changing amount of points. In my eyes, this is simply Hilton’s way to encourage people to travel outside of summer months.

I’ll be participating, but very passively.
