Recently I was transiting through Houston and had the opportunity to visit the KLM Crown Lounge. In this IAH Priority Pass KLM Crown Lounge Review, I’ll run through the food, wifi speed, seating and other lounge amenities so you can decide if this is worth a visit on your next trip to Houston.
KLM Crown Lounge Houston IAH Location
The KLM Crown Lounge location is in Terminal D, near gate D18. Most (all?) of the terminals at Houston Intercontinental Airport are connected airside, so it should be accessible no matter which terminal you’re arriving or departing from. In my case, I was departing from Terminal E on United but had my dad drop me off at Terminal D.

The KLM Crown Lounge Houston is open daily between 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., however they close from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. so there is space for KLM business class passengers. They may also deny Priority Pass access at other times depending on flight schedules.
KLM Crown Lounge Houston IAH airport lounge seating
There are a few seating areas at the KLM Crown Lounge Houston IAH. When I was there around 10:00 a.m., it was pretty empty.

KLM Crown Lounge Houston IAH Review: food
The food at the Houston Intercontinental Priority Pass / KLM Crown Lounge is pretty basic.

There wasn’t an actual bar – instead there were bottles and cans of alcoholic and soft drinks available.

Houston Priority Pass KLM Crown Lounge IAH wifi
The KLM Crown Lounge Houston IAH airport lounge wifi speed was pretty good. I didn’t have any trouble accessing the Internet or watching videos or doing anything else online during my time in the lounge.

KLM Crown Lounge Houston Priority Pass airport lounge amenities
There were not really any amenities in the lounge other than restrooms – the KLM Crown Lounge was pretty basic.
The Bottom Line – Houston KLM Crown IAH Priority Pass Lounge Review
If you have access to the KLM Crown Lounge at Houston Intercontinental, it’s worth a stop, though I wouldn’t go terribly out of my way. The food is okay though not as good as some of the other lounges like Polaris, Capital One or Centurion lounges. The Wifi is solid and it’s definitely a place worth visiting if you have a layover between flights.
