American Airlines has historically had a strong route network to Central America and the Caribbean. Now, you can take advantage of their pricing power, as AA is hosting a sale to much of Central America, with prices from 33% to 60% below normal. These are all non-stop flights, which makes them even better deals. Sale prices begin in March, and range in availability from ten to 20+ days per month. Routes are available through the dates listed below:

  • Guatemala City from $243 through July
  • Belize City from $268 through December
  • Panama City from $249 through August
  • San Salvador, El Salvador from $236 through July
  • San Pedro Sula, Honduras from $246 through July
  • Managua, Nicaragua from $272 through November

These are basic economy prices, which includes a carry-on. However, main cabin is only $60 more round trip, which includes seat selection and full miles. However, these prices are only available through Google Flights; searches through AA.com and online travel agencies reveal only higher prices. After searching Google Flights, book directly though AA.com. Whether these prices only showing on Google Flights means these prices are accidentally low or if they are an exclusive partner sale is unclear, but to see Central America at these prices book through Google Flights now.
