No through August 19th, shop through the American Airlines shopping portal online to score up to 1,500 extra AAdvantage miles! The spend threshold is exactly the same as last month’s American Airlines bonus:
- Spend at least $150, earn 500 bonus miles (3.33x bonus miles per dollar spent through the portal)
- Spend at least $350, earn 1,500 bonus miles (4.29x bonus miles)

These bonus miles are in addition to any of the normal miles you get from shopping through the portal. Remember, if you return any items, buy things like gift cards, or otherwise step outside of their terms and conditions, you might not get the miles. These bonuses are great if you can use them, but it’s really not much to write home about.
If American miles aren’t your thing, there are a few other promotions currently out there. It’s your last day to earn a bonus with the Alaska Airlines shopping portal, and you’ve got until August 19th with Southwest and United.
