Earlier today Hong Kong flag carrier Cathay Pacific tweeted out a captioned photo of a mistake made on one of their aircraft: the name of the carrier is spelled wrong. Bizarrely, someone forgot the ‘F’, leaving just ‘Cathay Paciic’.

Looking at the photo, it’s not just like the painters missed it. There’s no space and the type spacing is consistent. Whoever laid out the name just forgot a letter.

Definitely need to send this ‘livery’ back to the shop!
