Often, Switzerland is considered a winter destination, given the country’s location in the Alps. However, those same mountains mean beautiful vistas, great hiking, and boating on some of Europe’s most beautiful waterways during mild sunny days. If you want to explore Switzerland this summer, IcelandAir has a fantastic deal for round trips flights to Zurich. With a minimum 6-day stay round trip tickets are as low as $394, which would be a bargain price even out of season. But if you want to stay longer, or maybe hop a train to visit other European destinations before returning, tickets are as low as $353 round trip starting at 8 days!

This is IcelandAir’s “Economy Light” fare, which includes a carry-on bag and seat selection, but you’ll have to pay for meals. The next fare up in price includes a checked bag for just $100 more round trip (though still no meals) – still a pretty good price in the summer. These fares are available on limited days, including some Friday departures as well, so you can use weekends to extend your trip without giving up more vacation days. Take advantage of this deal now and spend a week or more in Europe for a great price. (SEE ALSO: The Top Destination I Want to Visit on Each Continent)
