You can now transfer American Express Membership Rewards points to Jet Blue and possibly receive a 30% bonus. This offer will end March 25, 2018.

It appears that this bonus is targeted – I have seen reports of 20% or 30% (or 0%).  My wife got 0% on her account (so 250 Amex remains 200 JetBlue) while I got the 30% bonus (pictured below)

Here is the basic terms of the bonus offer:

  • Minimum transfer is 250 Membership Rewards points.
  • Redeem for this exclusive offer from 12:00 a.m. MT on February 26, 2018 to 11:59 p.m. MT on March 25, 2018.
  • Additional TrueBlue points will be awarded at the time of transfer.
  • For each conversion of points into the Frequent Flyer program of a U.S. airline, a fee of $0.0006 per point, with a maximum fee of $99, will be charged to your Card account. We charge this fee to offset the federal excise tax we must pay on such conversions.
