Recently I was in Cleveland visiting my parents and rather than driving back home with my family flew to Toronto for the FIDE Chess Candidates Tournament. My flight departed Cleveland Hopkins Airport (CLE) and I had the opportunity to visit The Club CLE, which is the Priority Pass CLE airport lounge. I have been to many “The Clubs” in different airports throughout the world, and they all share some similarities. You’ll have basic food, seating, wifi and not much else.

The Club CLE is a Priority Pass lounge, so if you have a Priority Pass membership (likely from a credit card), you’ll have complimentary access to The Club CLE. If you don’t have Priority Pass, you can buy a day pass to The Club CLE for $50 / person, which I would not recommend

Priority Pass CLE / Cleveland airport lounge location

The Club CLE is very conveniently located, no matter what terminal or gate you are flying out of. It is just past where all 3 terminals split, in Concourse B. Go to your right as you make your way into Concourse B.

As I walked into The Club CLE I realized that I have been here before – back in 2017 when it was an Airspace Lounge.

The Club CLE airport lounge is open from 4:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time. If you have a flight outside those hours, you unfortunately will not be able to use The Club CLE Priority Pass lounge.

The Club CLE Priority Pass Cleveland airport lounge seating

There aren’t a ton of seating options available at The Club CLE. Right after you get checked in, there is a hallway with the bar to your left and hightop tables to your right (the picture is taken from the other side of the hallway).

Then, after the food station, there are a few small chairs and tables as well as a bar with seats and outlets. That is where I worked for the hour or so I was in the lounge.

Cleveland airport lounge review: food

This Cleveland Airport (CLE) Priority Pass lounge had basic availability for food. I was there during breakfast time (around 9 a.m.) so I am not sure what the food offerings would be later in the day.

. There is a coffee machine as well as water. Unlike other The Club lounges, there are not canned soft drinks but instead you can get them from the bar. I guess that’s a step up from the world’s oldest soft drink dispenser that they had back in 2017.

The Club CLE airport lounge wifi

The Priority Pass CLE wifi in The Club CLE Lounge was lightning fast

As you might imagine given the speed test above, I had no Internet problems at all. I’m not sure if it was only this fast because there was hardly anyone else in the lounge when I was there, or if The Club CLE wifi is always this good.

Priority Pass CLE / Cleveland airport lounge amenities

The Cleveland Airport The Club Lounge CLE does not have much in the way of amenities. It’s pretty much just the complimentary wifi and seating. There is one small restroom at the front of the lounge, which again is an improvement from when it was an Airspace lounge – then you had no restrooms in the lounge and had to go out into the terminal.

In any case, I rate the The Club CLE lounge quite good and I would definitely recommend it if you are departing Cleveland Hopkins Airport (CLE) with a Priority Pass card.
