Delta just launched its monthly Skymiles flash sales, this time between select U.S. 48 cities to Florida and Caribbean. You can read complete details here.
The sale
- Main Cabin starting at 20,000 miles round trip (plus taxes and fees);
- Sale valid for two days, until 11:59pm EST on May 10, 2017;
- Travel between September 26 through November 14, 2017;
- Must book on Delta.com directly;
- Destinations include Florida and many islands in Caribbean.
Availability depends on destination
I decided to look up availability for a family of five between New York JFK and Nassau Bahamas using Delta’s low fare calendar. Availability is plenty, but the lowest price is 25,000 miles round trip.
If you decide to take advantage of this flash sale, be sure to use a credit card that offers trip protection since the travel period is during the Hurricane season.
