Several new Amex Offers appeared this morning. Check your account and see if you are targeted. Before you make the purchases, be sure to double check the terms of the offers.

Spend $175 or more on Hampton by Hilton or Hilton Garden Inn, and receive $35 statement credit.
This offer apparently is targeted and I only received it on cards that earn Membership Rewards points. However, you can use #AmexHamptonHGI to enroll in the offer. The offer expires March 17, 2017.
Spend $200 or more at NeimanMarcus.com, and receive $50 statement credit.
The offer seems to be widely available. I received it on all my Amex cards. This offer is only valid online through March 16, 2017. This is the perfect time to purchase lotion and makeup that all other department stores sells at the same price! Watch for big payouts for Neiman Marcus from online shopping portals using Cash Back Monitor. When you see 8x or12x offers for Neiman Marcus, that is the time to stack it with this Amex Offer!
This is also a potential moneymaker for buying and reselling gift cards, though with as much capacity as is likely to get introduced from this offer, make sure to lock in rates

Purchase $150 or more gifts from Legal Seafood online, and receive $30 statement credit.
Offer expires February 19, 2017. This is NOT for in-restaurant dining. However, you can purchase a gift card online for later use in the restaurant! The offer seems to be widely available.
Spend $500 or more with Oceania Cruises, and receive $150 statement credit.
You need to make the purchase prior to February 28, 2017. A deposit for future cruise will most likely trigger the credit.

Based on the terms of the offer, it should. But make sure you purchase online only. Double check the details of the offer in your Amex account before you make the purchase.
