- Earn 5% cash back on up to $1,500 in purchases
- Use your Discover card when you make these purchases at Amazon.com & Wholesale Clubs
- Sam’s Club accepts Discover in-store and online
- Costco.com (online) accepts Discover as form of payment
- Promotion is between October 1 – December 31, 2018
- Make sure to activate your card to qualify for this promotion. Go to your Discover account to activate.

I look forward to these promotions. In my family, we make sure to take advantage of these promotions every quarter. Especially for this 4th quarter promotion, I can see us using our Discover card with our Amazon purchases, and over at Costco.com, Sam’s Club and SamsClub.com. We go to Sam’s Club warehouse regularly, and I also tend to shop online via Costco and Sam’s Club. And with Amazon, this deal would be an easy reach for those who plan on doing lots of holiday shopping via Amazon. Black Friday is also coming up, so keep that in mind.
So, don’t forget! Activate Discover Q4 Bonus offer and save. Also, if you haven’t yet, you could still take advantage of the 3rd quarter promo of 5% cash back at restaurants. This offer started in July and is good through September 30, 2018. You still have a little over two weeks remaining before the end of the month. Good luck with the savings!

So just to clarify – purchases made online at Costco.com or Samsclub.com does qualify for the 5% bonus?
Doug – good question. The answer is YES. And to confirm, I sent @Discover a message via Twitter and this was the response – Thanks for asking, Jason! The fourth quarter will still count purchases made at http://Costco.com and http://SamsClub.com .
