I dont understand the post. It said 20% savings but its a $30 discount when spending $150. The only way this is a 20% savings is if the item were 140.18 (plus 7% tax where I live) and I cant find anything at that price. Is there a way to get 20% discount on any amount?
No. You have to spend $150 in one-transaction (including taxes) in order to trigger to Amex Offer.
